We, as the Host and Pierre Decoene, as representative for WESR on the Europe Committee, invite all National Presidents, International Secretaries and members to take part in this Gathering. This must be the start of working towards the next WESR Gathering in 2025 where hopefully everything will be normal and we can meet physically again.
Later we will send you two forms, one asking which country would like to host the next WESR Gathering in 2025 and a second, as my time of duty in the Europe Committee comes to an end in 2023, seeking a replacement candidate. Please discuss these two items in your country.
