SAGF Annual General Meeting 2023

 To give us all a chance to renew friendships and enjoy the activities and amazing scenery around Waddow Hall, we have booked the newly refurbished Adventure House for the full weekend.

 4pm Friday 17th to 2pm Sunday 19th March 2023.

 Price per person for the weekend is £95. 

This will include 2 nights’ accommodation in shared rooms for 3 people (a mixture of single beds and bottom bunks, unless you are feeling adventurous and want to climb to the top bunks!) Bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels. 2 of the bedrooms are ensuite, with the 6 other rooms sharing two separate bathrooms, each with two toilets and two showers. All the rooms in the Adventure House are on the same level, with step-free access from the car park; if we go into Waddow Hall there is stairlift access to the first floor. 

The price includes breakfast and lunch on both Saturday and Sunday, plus tea and coffee throughout. For our evening meals Friday and Saturday we are planning on visiting a local restaurant or having food delivered, this will be at your own cost. 

Day attendance on Saturday 18th March 23 will be £10 per person 

If you can’t make the full weekend, we would be delighted if you could join us for the day on Saturday for the AGM and some Waddow activities. The day price includes lunch and teas/coffees. The timing for the day is yet to be finalised, but we are also planning on having “Zoom” facilities for the AGM itself if you can’t join us in person.
